Land of Lincoln CEO students visited the Rotary Club, the Lincoln Logan Food Pantry and The Humane Society, presenting each local charity with a $500 check. This money, totaling $1,500, was raised through the students’ big business project during the 2018-2019 school year.
A textbook has limits to what it can teach students. The CEO entrepreneur program adopted by Streator and Woodland high schools, on the other hand, has infinite possibilities, and that's why organizers are excited to launch it in the fall semester of 2020. The program has no textbooks.
Cassidy Tucker of the Shelby County CEO program, Marlee Nolen of the Fayette County program, and Keri Zumbahlen of the Jasper County program are among the 25 students who will see their projects and businesses showcased in the annual Midland Institute for Entrepreneurship National CEO Trade Show on June 9.

The Richland County CEO Program is proud to announce that Abigail Nealis, with her business O’Happy Day Soap Co, will participate in this year’s CEONext National Trade Show in Champaign. O’Happy Day Soap Co will be 1 of 25 booths at this year’s event.
2019 White County CEO student, BeccaWestbrook, has been selected to participate in the National Trade Show. Her business is Culture Shock, featuring essential oil products inspired by various cultures. Westbrook was also selected by the White County CEO Board as their 2019 Trade Show Salesperson of the Year.
