"Handprints" Proceeds to be Presented to CSS
The proceeds from the sale of the book "Handprints" by Madison Magee of Teutopolis are to be presented to Community Support Systems Wednesday morning.
Magee is a recent Teutopolis High School graduate who wrote "Handprints" while a senior at THS last year and a member of the Effingham County CEO Program. The book shares stories, and handprints, of CSS consumers.
The project netted $2,500 for CSS.
The public is being invited by CSS Executive Director Andy Kistler and Magee to attend the presentation ceremony, set to begin at 10am Wednesday at the Developmental Training Center in Teutopolis.
